The Webster County Museum is getting ready to close its doors for the season.
The museum and thrift shop will be open on as usual but will then close its doors for the winter. Along with one of the largest Boy Scouts of America collections in Iowa, the museum also has military, railroad and printing press displays.
The Webster County Museum is located six miles south of Fort Dodge in the former Otho School building. The museum’s last day for the season will be Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
