ART SHOW: Students To Showcase Work | Arts & Culture

The Twin Lakes Conference Art Show will be held in the Triton Gallery in Decker Auditorium on the Iowa Central Community College campus in Fort Dodge on March 12, 2013. The show will feature the work of fifteen students from each of the 10 schools in the new Twin Lakes Conference.

Approximately 160 high school art students, parents and art teachers will be on campus all day. Thos in attendance will participate in workshops, tour campus and the Blanden Museum, and share lunch and dinner with our staff and students from all the conference schools.

The public reception for the show will be held, Tuesday, March 12, from 5-6:30 p.m. with an awards ceremony and juror’s comments at 5:30 p.m. The juror is David Boelter, art professor at Buena Vista University. Students will receive Iowa Central scholarships as well as conference trophies and ribbons.
