MURDER TRIAL: Mother Faces Accusations | Crime
A Fort Dodge murder trial starts this week.
Oklahoma native, Hillary Tyler was charged with first-degree murder in September 2011.
The 32 year old allegedly killed her new baby boy after giving birth in a room at the Super 8 on Fifth Avenue South.
The trial had been set back three times.
